Graphic Designer POS/Retail - Nottinghamshire

Our client is a well-established, multichannel marketing agency in Nottinghamshire.

 

They have a great opportunity for a 2D Graphic Designer to work on Retail POS, Display and Packaging projects.

 

The successful candidate will be passionate about print and retail design and will have proven experience of working in a similar industry.

 

You will join an award-winning team who design semi-permanent and permanent displays, along with packaging concepts for well-loved global and high-street brands.

 

You will work collaboratively alongside a diverse mix of 3D designers, graphic designers, artworkers, engineers and project managers and will be comfortable in front of clients

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative strategies to help brands increase their retail presence.

Develop vibrant in-store designs and packaging.

Deliver presentations and advise clients on projects.

Ensure consistency across all touchpoints as brand custodian.

Mentor and support junior team members, serving as a reliable source for advice and guidance.

Tackle a range of briefs of varying complexity, demonstrating and justifying your creative thinking from initial sketches to fully developed concepts.

Create mood boards and conduct research on demographics and competitors.

Asset creation and photo retouching.

 

Key Requirements:

Excellent understanding of brand identity and retailer requirements, working to a range of guidelines.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to juggle multiple jobs with ease.

Excellent attention to detail.

Team player.

 

This is offered as a full time permanent job and our client requires someone who is happy to work onsite, full time, at their offices in Nottinghamshire.
