Our client is a well-established, integrated brand and communications agency, servicing some great clients across traditional graphic design and digital media.
 
They have a great opportunity for a Social Production Manager to join their studio in Nottinghamshire.
 
This role combines Performance & Social project management with still and moving imagery production, ensuring smooth delivery of all projects while maintaining the highest production standards across digital campaigns.
 
You will report to the Head of Performance & Social and the Head of Project Management and will work closely with Photography, Film & Animation teams and Account Directors.
 
You will have direct contact with clients for meetings and presentations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Production Management -
Manage several Performance & Social jobs (one-off and retained) from brief to delivery, including estimates, billing, PO requests, and invoicing.
Prepare timelines, budgets, shoot briefs, call sheets, and risk assessments for photography/ film projects.
Book resources via Workfront and utilise internal planning systems (Microsoft Planner, SharePoint).
Serve as a contact for studio operations and coordinate on-set during shoots.
Manage pre-production through post-production phases and organise logistics for samples, equipment, and transport.
You will be working collaboratively with the Social Media Managers and Content Creators supporting the ideation of a project and managing it through to reality.
 
Meeting & Documentation Management -
Organise and run team Stand-Ups, supporting Weekly WIP, and DTM meetings.
Prepare agendas, take comprehensive notes, and distribute action points.
Maintain organised meeting records.
Support client-facing meetings including monthly reports.
 
Equipment & Studio Operations -
Catalogue and maintain all Performance & Social equipment (lighting, mics, props, backdrops) with efficient storage and inventory monitoring.
Manage studio set-ups, take-downs, and upkeep.
Work with photography, film and animation teams on integrated motion and stills shoots.
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed across all productions.
 
Business Development & Continuous Improvement -
Support new business proposals, estimate creation and approval, and arrange client playback meetings.
Lead activities to optimise team processes, including management of the Performance & Social Hub on SharePoint.
 
Key Requirements:
Strong photography production and project management experience.
Excellent organisation, time-management and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Workfront, Microsoft Planner and SharePoint.
Comprehensive photography and film equipment knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with keen visual aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for creativity.
 
Our client requires someone who is happy to work onsite full time as they do not offer hybrid working. There will also be some travel to various locations across the UK.
