They have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Marketing Account Manager to join their team in Nottinghamshire. You will play an active role in a supportive growing team.
 
The successful candidate will be a results-driven marketing enthusiast with a passion for creativity, who thrives on managing client relationships and implementing effective marketing strategies.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing strong relationships, and understanding their business objectives, needs, and challenges.
Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with skilled teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each client's unique multi-channel requirements.
Campaign Execution: Oversee the implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns and social advertising to ensure seamless delivery and optimal performance. Monitor campaigns regularly, making data-driven decisions to optimise results.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilise various analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insightful reports to clients. Use the data to refine strategies and showcase the value delivered.
Budget Management: Efficiently manage budgets for each client's marketing initiatives, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, design, and management teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing strategies with overall branding initiatives, delivered in partnership with the clients.
 
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Marketing Account Manager in a creative agency.
Solid understanding of various digital marketing channels and best practices, including social media strategy, content marketing, email marketing, web design etc.
Solid understanding of offline marketing channels and print management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects, growing your accounts and meeting performance targets.
A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media channels and other digital collaboration platforms (e.g., Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Hootsuite (or similar) etc.)
Proficient in the use of Apple technology, Google Drive and MS Office.
Full UK Driving Licence and the ability to travel to meetings when required.
Positive influence, creative with an outgoing personality.
Team player.
People management skills would be a distinct advantage.
 
This is offered as a full time permanent job and our client requires someone who is happy to work onsite full time as they do not offer hybrid or remote working.
