Junior Graphic Designer POS/Retail - Nottinghamshire

Our client is a well-established, multichannel marketing agency in Nottinghamshire.

 

They have a great opportunity for a Junior 2D Graphic Designer to work on Retail POS, Display and Packaging projects.

 

The successful candidate will be passionate about print and retail design and will already have some previous experience of working in a similar industry.

 

You will join an award-winning team who design semi-permanent and permanent displays, along with packaging concepts for well-loved global and high-street brands.

 

You will work collaboratively alongside a diverse mix of 3D designers, graphic designers, artworkers, engineers and project managers and will be comfortable in front of clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Create innovative ways to help brands increase their retail presence.

Develop vibrant in-store designs and packaging.

Tackle a range of briefs of varying complexity, to showcase and justify your creative thinking from sketch concepts to fully resolved creative routes.

Accurately carry out client amends and offer effective solutions.

Create mood boards and conduct research around demographic and competitors.

Asset creation and photo retouching.

 

Key Requirements:

Previous experience of working across varied brand identities and retailer requirements.

Excellent communication skills.

Team player, happy to work within a busy, fast-paced studio environment.

Ability to juggle multiple jobs with ease.

Excellent attention to detail.

 

This is offered as a full time permanent job and our client requires someone who is happy to work onsite, full time, at their offices in Nottinghamshire.
